Hello Angus,
I would take a look at:
1. Exchange database sizes (priv1.edb, priv1.stm, pub1.edb and pub1.stm)
2. Exchange logfiles
If you databases are "large", you might consider an offline defrag of the
databases. If you have a ton of logfiles, you will either need to perform
an online backup of Exchange or turn on circular logging.
Typically when a customer runs out of disk space, it's always a good idea to
find out "why". The most common "why's" are typically because of Exchange.
