1.Customer decided to change email domain
2. Used exchange manager to alter default receipient policy to add new
domain.
3. Waited for new domin to propogate via dns\
4. Verified new domain accessible when addressed
5. Used exchange manager to alter defaulty receipient policy to use
new domain
6. Am now finding messages rejected "unable relay" and mesages
accepted but not delivered until I triger them by swapping default
SMTO adres to new domai and then back to old. THis sems to trigger
stored messages but not allow future delivery

Many ISP's check their SMTP server is not being used as a relay by the
sending email address. Perhaps the SMTP server you are using does not
recognise the domain as being on their server. Unless of course it really
isn't in which case you need to use a different SMTP server.
