Some client computers on the domail are not able to open Outlook because
exchange does not let them open Outlook and others have no problem opening
Outlook. The message they get when they try to open Outlook states"Microsoft
Outlook is unable to open your default email folders. The MS Exchange server
is not available. Either there are network problems or the the MS Exchange
server computer is down for maintenance. As I states others on the domail
can access Outlook and Exchange with no problem.

The SBS 2000 machine has lists System Errors in the Event Viewer for Service
Control Manager and event ID's 7009, 7000, & 7001.

Hi Paul,

Check the outlook profile for those users. It should not have the personal
folders, but the Exchange mailbox. Furthermore check the ipconfig/all on
those clients. Does everything point to the server IP?
