To resolve this behavior, remove and re-add Transmission
Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in the Local
Area Connection properties, and then create a new profile.
To do this:
Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control
Panel.
In Control Panel, double-click Network and Dial-Up
Connections.
Right-click Local Area Connection, and then click
Properties.
Click to clear the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) check box,
and then click OK.
Restart your computer.
Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control
Panel.
In Control Panel, double-click Network and Dial-Up
Connections.
Right-click Local Area Connection, and then click
Properties.
Click to select the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) check box,
and then click OK.
If you are prompted, restart your computer
Create a new Outlook profile.
