How do I install the Exchange System manager on another computer using the
SBS installation discs? I could do it if I had the Exchange 2000 install
discs, but I so not have access to a set. I only have access to the SBS
installation media. I am under the impression that Exchange is part of the
installation of SBS.

Thanks for helping a clueless office manager?

Yes, Exchange is part of the SBS release, and is found on the 2nd or 3rd
disk. BTW, here is some instructions I found on how to do it:
