Hi MrC
Firstly this is a good tool to search folders and review their sizes,
Treesize
http://www.jam-software.com/freeware/index.shtml
How big is your hard drive and what partition sizes do you have?
Possibly need to move exchange databases
http://www.smallbizserver.net/Default.aspx?tabid=60
Are you backing up exchange to clear the logs?
http://www.smallbizserver.net/Default.aspx?tabid=102
or do you use an industry product WITH the exchange addin i.e veritas for
SBS
GFI doesn't seem to have anything in their database with your eventid 6
error so it could be due to outlook being removed. Needs more investigation
