Are the Exchange databases on that C-drive as well? And are you doing
Exchange-aware backups? My guess is that you don't, and that your disk has
been filled with logfiles that should have been flushed with backups.
You'll need to free some space or move the Exchange-databases to another
drive.
You might have to stop all Exchange-services before being able to do that.
