I get the following message when trying to restore my Exchange Information
Store. I get the following message.

The specified server is not a Microsoft Exchange Server or its Microsoft
Exchange Services are not started restore.

All the services are still running on the original machine. I am not sure
why it is not reading it as an Exchange Server. The C: Drive and System
State restored fine.

Please help.

You must mark the information stores to allow a restore to overwrite
them. This is done in Exchange before you try to do the restore with
NTBackup.
