Hi,

I have one user (who happens to be the MD) who is having problems logging
into exchange remotely. Everytime she tries to log into exchange through
outlook over a VPN (PPTP) connection is keeps asking her for her exchange
password and then rejects it. I've nuked her account so that I was sure it
wasn't anything to do with the server and surprise surprise... it doesn't..

Does anyone know what might be causing the problem and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance,

SW

What is the deal with OWA? Does that work for you? Anything in the event
log file?

Hi,

OWA works fine (well mostly) but as you will agree it doesn't provide the
same level of productivity and ease as working within Outlook. I'm yet to
check her logs... I will ask her to look.

SW

Is this only happening with one account -meaning, can you reproduce the
problem yourself whilst setting it up?
