Hi All

I am the administrator for my companies network and
SBS2000. I often recieve email from the server saying
that is it undeliverable to the particular user. They
always have the same error message about body type not
being supported. All of the users this happens to have
thier email redirected to an external account as they are
not full time employees and prefer it not to use our
system. However this is still a nuisance and would prefer
it if it did not happen. Has anyone come accross a
similar problem? or have any advice on how to fix it.
I have attached the body of the error message produced by
the server below:

recipients.

From a Google search, the consensus seems to be to follow KB 262168 to stop
Windows 2000 SMTP service from advertising 8BITMIME.

Google Search: "Body type not supported by Remote Host"
