Start by explaining your setup ...
Dial up or Internet? Dynamic or Static IP? One or Two NICs? DNS or
Smarthost? POP or SMTP?
And since you specifrically say the problem is with internal emails, post
the results of an IPCONFIG /ALL from both your server and a workstation.
