best (easiest and least expensive) would be to go to SBS 2003.

Might want to wait though, SBS 2008 is just around the corner.

Installing Exchange 2003 on SBS 2000 _will_ break things, not exactly sure
to what extent.

Hi thanks for that, due to our budget we wont be able 2 upgrade the
server but we was givien a copy of exchange 2003 by a company that went
out of business.

You may have the software, but you can't do an inplace upgrade of the =
Exchange Component

If you had another server to install on, you could, but as SG points =
out...would break many things AND you would have to buy Exchange 03 =
CALs...very costly
