Error Logs Showing Blackhole

Hi, have some bizzare happenings in my ISA server log
files.
Certain address' keep appearing as blocked
noticeably, 169.254.82.127
The IPPEXTD Logfile shows that the port is 137 and the
protocol is UDP.

Have checked on the guardian website amongst others and it
appears that the servers belong to Blackhole. Not entirely
clear what this means.

I understand 169.XXX.XXX.XXX is apparantly non-routable

Have also posted this issue in ISA server group sorry for
multiple postings.

Is there a computer attached to your lan that isn't configured to get an IP
from your DHCP-server? So somebody is login locally in stead of login in to
the domain.
