DNS Error

Any idea what would cause this error to start? We started getting it =
over 50 times a day started this morning. We have made no changes to the =
server

The DNS server is configured to forward to a non-recursive DNS server at =
xx.xxx.xx.xxx.=20
DNS servers in forwarders list MUST be configured to process recursive =
queries.=20

Either=20

1) fix the forwarder (xx.xxx.xx.xxx) to allow recursion=20
- connect to it with DNS Manager=20
- bring up server properties=20
- open "Advanced" tab=20
- uncheck "Disable Recursion"=20
- click OK=20

OR=20

2) remove this forwarder from this servers forwarders list=20
- DNS Manager=20
- bring up server properties=20
- open "Forwarders" tab=20
- remove (xx.xxx.xx.xxx) from list of forwarders=20
- click OK=20

Are the DNS forwarders the proper ones? You might check with your ISP.

hey have worked without error for six months (changed ISP six months =
ago) perhaps they have made a change - that would make sense.
