I have read that to migrate from Exchange 200 standard to Enterprise, you
simply need to install Enterprise over the top of the standard edition, and
then re-install service packs to the same level. I need to know if it's fine
to do that on an SBS server. I'm sure you need to purchase CAL's because of
the different licensing method on SBS, but is that the only other concern?
(ie. Other than installing some Exchange CAL's, is the process exactly the
same for SBS as say for a Windows 2000 server running Exchange 2000
standard?)

Thanks in advance
