When i tried to install SBS 2k the first time i got an
error message generated by the Operating System
saying "You do not have enough free memory to continue
with this installation".

Firstly do you have sufficient memory to install SBS?

The good thing about talking to and arguing with yourself is that you
never loose an argument.

Robert,

How much memory do you have installed on the server?

You may have a memory leak, if there is not enough recognized memory
available to perform the installation. To troubleshoot this you will need
to run Performance Monitor and take a baseline and then a comparitive
capture log over time for the available bytes memory counter.
