Ok I'm the SBS admin for the company that I currently work for. I'm
going to be leaving here at the end of the month. What I need to know is;

Is there a way I can delete my user account of the SBS server and either
delete or forward all mail sent to my e-mail address.

In an ideal world there would be no evidence of my ever being here but
all mail sent to jim@mycompany.com would either be forwarded to another
e-mail addie or simply deleted from the server as if it never existed.

I know I could do it using Wayne Smalls "How to redirect mail", method
here; http://www.sbsfaq.com/FAQ/category.asp?category=Exchange%202000
but I'd rather not leave my user accounts on the server, neither would
my boss I suspect.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Jim

I haven't used it in this way myself but you could try creating an SMTP
message screener in ISA Server that rejects mail addressed to your email
account. In ISA Management expand Extensions and then click on Application
Filters. On the right double click on SMTP Filter. Go to the Keywords Tab
and enter your email address as a keyword within the header information. Be
careful as you could end up deleting all incoming mail! I would suggest
testing it first with an action of forwarding mail to rather than delete.
(This may be preferable anyway).
