Emails: Relay or Spoof ??

HI,

SET UP: SBS2003 with Syamantec Corparate AV - Broadband on NAT/firewall
Router - Our ISP Filters Email Spam And Anti Visus 24/7(in and out !!)


Relay or Spoof email ??

We get the odd email, which said is being returned to us because it
contained a virus(3 out of 1000 per week) ! The email comes from
people(their server - isp) we do not know!!

Are we being used as a relay ....? How can we find out if so(an logs to
look at ..?) ..... and how do ensure we are blocking relaying ??

.............or are these spoofs ??

Nowadays most virusses send emails with false return addresses. When that
address is yours, you receive the return emails...

Fun, isn't it ;-p
