All of my clients (OL XP) are able to receive email but
none of the outgoing POP3 email is being delivered. I'm
getting no event logs or messages indicating that the mail
is not being delivered. I'm using SBS 2K.

Hi Jerry!!!

Outgoing mail always uses SMTP.... POP3 is only for retreiving mail. Are you
using Exchange at all on your setup? How the clients are sending mail? using
an external SMTP server or Exchange?

The clients each have an Exchange account configured. I
have the SMTP connector configured to forward all mail
through the connector to a smart host and I have the name
of the SMTP host (mail.mchsi.com)

Does the Outlook profile have the Microsoft Exchange Server-service and the
Outlook Addressbook service only?

Have you run the ICW-wizard from the SBS-console?
