Sir(s),

We have a SBS 2000 network of about 50 computers. Any one, could you please
let me know, how I can configure to prevent the users to send the emails
directly and to schedule sending emails ones every one and half hours only.
This will prevent me to minimise the usage of Internet accesses in this
organization.

With best regards,
Chewang Dorji

Hi

Go to Start - Programs - Microsoft Exchange - System
Manager

Then double click "Connectors"
Then right click "Smallbusiness SMTP connector" and
choose "properties".
Then click "delivery options"
If you now click the "customize" button next
to "Connection Time" dropdown you can schedule when items
are to be delivered.
