You need to add an active directory contact for the AOL address, then
forward to that. Please see the article below for instructions (and
bookmark this site - it's a great Exchange resource). Also, FYI, the SBS
2003 group is microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs. You may find that you
get a better response over there.
