I'll disagree and agree with Mark.
I disagree about not using DDNS. I have used dynamic ip addressing and ddns
services like TZO (not ZoneEdit) for several years without any issues.
I agree, however, that you really do NOT want to be hosting your own web
site on this server. Why? Because of your own comments --- you're a small
company. Why put your company's data at risk like that? Now, I am not saying
you can't run Exchange for email, but don't host your public web site on it.
As far as a roadmap, the best I can suggest is www.smallbizserver.net - and
click on the Network drop down.
What you may try is the old all/all/all rule for ISA -- look at this link -
http://www.smallbizserver.net/Default.aspx?tabid=90 - ignore the fact that
it addresses an issue with Quickbooks
