Hi there.
Ive tried searching the web on this and turned up no results.
Does anyone know how to create a distribution group on exchange to go out to
external people who do not have an internal e-mail address?
We need to send a e-mail out to our customers about latest business
proposals, but making sure that they only see the distribution name in the
Sent to box on the mail.

Thanks in advance

For each customer with outside addresses, create a new contact for each of
them in AD Users. Then create your distribution group and add the
approproiate internal users and contacts (customers).

You may also want to hide the group's Membership List:

Glad I could provide something new.
I know I learn a lot from yourself and the others, so it's nice to be
able to give a little back once in a while.
