I can't tell you how many times I've mulled over whether to keep email
management in-house or to go web-based. We ultimately decided to go
web-based because it was easier to manage, easy to monitor (as a
manager), easy to setup and it ultimately protect our desktops from
unwanted viruses. We use a secure access system called IFM eMail
Manager (ifmodules.com). We love it and they do daily back-ups.
Exchange isn't the only choice for business.
