I have a SBS2K box with win2k clients attached to the server. Is there any
way of deleting old mail from users deleted items and sent items from the
server. I have tried to delete them from the M: drive on the server but it
has had no effect. any thoughts on the matter would be great.
Thanks
Andy C

Andy,
FYI .. Are you aware that you should never be touching or doing anything
with the M: drive? You don't even back it up or scan it. See:

How would I go about removing the old items from the users sent and deleted
items from the server?
Thanks again

Mailbox Manager. You configure it from Recipient Policies, but the place to
start is under Mailbox Manager in Exchange Server Help.

Thanks Dave. I didn't realise that was located there.
It is much appreciated.
