Anyone know of a program that will delete e-mail out of
user accounts based on days? Currently, Exchange stops
allowing new mail based on space. That is the MB setting
being set on X number and the account being full.

Use the settings in: Outlook
Options > Other > Autoarchive.

Mailbox manager can do this for you.

However, I don't like to do that - I set quotas and make users manage their
mailboxes themselves. If they want one tiny item in their inboxes & 100MB in
sent items, fine by me. I don't use the third quota trigger (deny receipt)
because it penalizes the (innocent) sender...just the first two triggers. I
do use deleted item retention (at least 5 days) and force 'empty deleted
items' on exit....

This setup has been working fine for me & my clients for years now. I don't
think it's my place to say that "that message is too old to keep."
