Hi

I use MS Connector For PoP3 Mail boxes to download mail from my ISP
mailboxes to Exchange for routing to the appropriate users mail box.

I know that the connector connects and downloads to my local Exchange server
then the mail disappears, not reaching the intended user.

I am using Exchange 2000, Version 6 (Build 6249.4: Service Pack 3)

All clients are using MS Outlook 2000.

Can any body help?

PS: I did try another NG with out success.

Regards
Barry

Hi,

How many mailboxes do you have configured in your POP3 Connector? What type?

Do you have SBS SP1a installed?

Check the Application Log for any events related to POP3.
Also, set the logging to Maximum in the POP3 connector for all Services
(Properties, Diagnostic Logging), OK the changes.
Attach or send the results from the App. Log after attempting to connect.

Regards,
Damian
