We have 2-SBS 2000 server at different sites. I can manage both remotely
using VPN and TS. When I am at either site however, I cannot connect to the
other server via VPN (from a client or ther server). What filter or other
ISA parameter do I need to adjust to allow this?

Do both SBS servers have the (default) 192.168.16.x IP address scheme? If
so, this may be your problem.
