A client of us has received the following reply when they sent a 7MB mail.
What is wrong here?

You are sending this or receiving it? It looks like sending and there are
many mailservers that don't allow such large attachements... so you can't
simply send a 7MB email to them.

One of the client has received this reply when he tried to send us the
message. So does this mean we can increase the limits at our exchange server
some how?
