I don't know what that defaults to, but my global limits are 10 Mb and I've
never had a problem sending or receiving messages up to that, so if it is
the default I must have changed it at some point. My server was upgraded
from SBS 2K and it's 4+ years old, so it's difficult to say what was a 2k
default, what's a 2k3 default, or what I changed myself over the years.
