I have installed 4.02D, and I am still getting the same problem. I turn of
the FW client and it initializes and tries to connect to the server, but it
still times out saying "remote peer is no longer responding"

This is getting a little annoying now :) Looks like we will have to stick to
connecting to the remote company from our machine in the DMZ...

Cheers

Simon

Are you the administrator on the Cisco VPN concentrator as well? I am using
the VPN Concentrator 3005, what are you connecting to?

This is the problem I have no idea, as I mentioned in the previous thread,
we are using it to upload web content to a secured server and the hosting
company is Norweigian, a language I am not exactly fluent in.

I am not really an expert on Cisco VPN systems either, do you have an advice
for questions I could ask the hosting company?

Your help really appreciated.

Cheers

Simon

I ask because if you followed that document correctly then it should work or
atleast it did for me. I also have administrator rights into the Cisco VPN
but I didn't set it up. So my thought was if you are using the same device,
then we could compare configs and see what is different. But because you
have no access to that, I probably can't help. I don't know much about Cisco
stuff either and thought comparing would lead us in the right direction.
