Our ISP recently gave us new primary and secondary DNS server addresses
which I promptly put into the DNS properties as 'forwarders'.
After doing this I realized I should re-run the ICW...where I put in these
new addresses.

Our internet browsing is all working OK on the network. However, I am
getting an application error in our event viewer every few seconds. The
error is event ID: 14120 Source: Microsoft Web Proxy. "The ISA Server
services cannot create a packet filter...This event occurs when there is a
conflict between the LAT configuration and the Win 2000 routing table..."

Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

There are only 2 KB's on this and one does not apply (it's for single-NIC
boxes). The other one is
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;288396

If that doesn't help, see
http://eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=14120&eventno=877&source=Microsoft%20Web%20Proxy&phase=1
and/or re-run the ICW, verifying each page to make sure it all looks right
and that you didn't accidentally change anything last time you ran it.
