On the weekend I restarted our SBS2K server as we were
having some issues accessing our SQL server.

On restarting the SQL server is fine but our OWA service
was no longer visible.

Via the console I see
IIS - server - Default Web Site (Stopped)
I tried to restart it but got
'Address already in use'

There are some other web sites the Admin site (port 3467)
& Symantec Anti-virus (port8081) are running fine and I
can connect to them.

I can't find what is using port 80 but I expect it is ISA
server using it as a proxy.

The server has a single NIC behind an ADSL router/firewall
with port forewarding to port 80 on the server.

I've tried changing the port for the default web site but
it still doesn't work

Any ideas?

Besides unchecking the AutoDiscovery in ISA, please run Configure IIS
Wizard from the To Do List. We need to disable socket pooling when IIS and
ISA is on the same box.

Thanks Susan.

I can confirm that disabling the Auto Discovery service
allowed me to restart the Default Web site and I can now
see OWA
