We recently added 2 new web domains in addition to the 2 longstanding
domains we have registered. We can receive an smtp email feed via exchange
on our original domains, but the new ones is getting blocked. We use SBS2k,
fully patched including ISA, with 2 NICs, the external NIC connecting
directly to the ADSL Router - no external firewall.

I have set up the new domains in recipient policies, and that appears to
work correctly for internal users.

Our ISP suggests that their server, which they confirm is pointed at our
SBS2K servers external NIC IP is blocking access to their smtp server. They
have confirmed they are unable to Telnet to our server, and suggest that I
need to enable them as a trusted domain.

I didn't have to do anything to set up my original 2 domain addys for them
to recieve email from the same ISP, so why can't it receve the additional
email domains? Any ideas please as to what I've missed?

TIA - Rob

Solved it - My ISP was trying to connect to our ADSL modem's IP, not the
servers IP - That's despite me having specifically asked for the IP addy
they were using - DOH!
