Verify the client's DHCP server, DNS server, and Default gateway, are the
server's internal IP address by running ipconfig /all on each client from a
command prompt.
1. Check that all PC's are joined to the same domain.
2. Confirm DHCP is running on server. If it isn't, and the service won't
start, make sure no other DHCP server is running such as a router's.
3. If you are setting client IP manually, check that all addresses are on
the same subnet and if you are not running DHCP on the server, enable
NETBIOS on the clients.
