Permissions (the account needs full read/write access to the mailboxes - I
think there's a KB article) and mail box name seem to be most usual
problems. I think you need Exchange client on the server too. I know that
there was a webcast on Exmerge at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=324809
Why not just copy the PST to the new server (use a floppy or a CD or copy to
a workstation first) and add it to the user's profile. Then you can move the
messages manually.
