Actually you can have additional DCs in the SBS domain, it's just that SBS
must be the root for the forest. I suspect Arvin's error is coming about
because he is using SBS CD1 to install Win2K server on the second DC. You
can't do this. You need to use a retail, OEM or other copy of Win2K server
to establish an additional DC.
