I want to enable 3 people in our organisation to access my
Calendar from their Outlook client.

We are running SBS2000 (Exch 2000) and Outlook 2000 client.

Please can you give me step-by-step pointers on how to do
this please.

Thanks.

In your Outlook, right click on Calendar | properties
click Permissions tab, and from here you can add specifi users and give them
rights of read, create, etc.
Alternative is to use the Tools | Options menu, and set the users up as
delegates.

Once set up in your Outlook, other users can view your calendar by using the
menu option File | Open other Users Folder.
