Hi All,

Please help me in the following problem,

Before about three years ago I bought a new HP ProLiant ML350 G2 Server with
Microsoft Windows 2000 - Small Business Server
Also I got 2 disks of CAL's ( 10 clients )
Few days ago, I decided to re-format the server,
The problem is:
After installing the windows 2000 SBS, and when I want to add the CAL's it's
always giving me this message
"The disk is not formatted; do you want to format it now?" (or something
like this)
The same message I got when I try to open the floppy with another computer
This means that the floppy disks are damage.
By the way, I tried to contact Microsoft - Amman Office, but there was no
help
Also I tried to call HP - Amman Office, and there is no help also.
After a lot of search, finally I found this article:
SBS: Client Add Pack Disk Replacement Process

Another problem that I couldn't call the mentioned number from Jordan (may
be because it's a toll-free number!!)
Please advice.

Thanks in advance

Fadi

I would check with the Amman office then and see if they can get you a
direct dial number instead of the toll free number
