Just installed Office 2003 with BCM. Trouble is, I can;t open it! Ive tried re install but still the same thing. IS this a separate program outside of Outlook or is it inside of Outlook. Any help would be appreciated.

Two things,

Therer is a patch to make it work with exchange.

After you patch it you need to create a new email profile and select BCM
Database as the storage type. The is a KB on it so search for KBs based on
BCM.

You should also note that the patch is only for SBS 2003, not SBS 2000.
