Check to see if you're listed as a Dial up IP address. RBL has blacklisted
the 68.18.x.x/16 BellSouth netblock which is used for home DSL connections.
If you have a client operating out of a dynamic IP on a DSL connection, this
might be part of the problem.
If that's the case, have them relay through the ISP's mail server, or
upgrade them to a static IP on a different netblock. For BellSouth, the
price difference is US$20 a month.
OT, I found a useful site:
http://www.dnsreport.com/. If you're using a
dynamic DNS service like no-ip.com, it will let you verify your settings.
