What is the best way to rename a sbs 2000 domain. I need to change the
domain's name for business reasons but I can't seem to be able to do it?

Can anyone help?

Cheers,

Unfortunately, changing the SBS 2000 domain name requires a reinstall.

You don't. There is no way to rename an SBS2000 domain. The only way to
change the domain name is to start over with a fresh install.

Note that if you're talking about the email domain, that can be changed
easily by running the ICW (Internet Connection Wizard) and specifying the
new domain.
