We wish to share an important file in real-time, with one of the employees
at our logistics firm in another city.

The file is a large shareable Excel spreadsheet that is in the SMB "Company"
directory. The external user should only be able to see/read/modify that 1
file ONLY on our system.

We can set her up with VPN; but how would I SEVERELY restrict her access to
just that one file? Basically, she'd VPN in, and click the file shortcut
we'd stick on her desktop. That's as far as she'd go, but others in her
office who use her desktop would be the one's I worry about.

Any ideas?
