I have a SBS 2000 system running Exchange and ISA 2000. I need to do an in place upgrade to SBS 2003 Premium. The hardware will support
2003 etc. I am concerned about issues and pitfalls of the upgrade.

Any helpful information will be appreciated.

All good stuff. In addition, go to
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/sbs/techinfo/productdoc/alpha.mspx
and get the "getting started" and "upgrade requirement messages" docs. The
upgrade requirement one gives you most of the common errors that can occur
during upgrade. In most cases, you can prevent these problems by reading
the doc and taking the appropriate steps before starting the upgrade.
