Hi all

We use SBS2000 and are trying to connect a remote office
in London. They have a DSL connection in there Network.
I have configured RRAS and have tested the VPN using my
own dial-up ISP and it works fine but the guys in London
keep getting errors 619 & 721. The only difference
between them and me is that they are on a network with a
static IP address and gateway. Is there some more
configuring that I have to do??

Help!!

thanks in advance
Mark

If their router is blocking any of the ports required for
vpn then that would cause problems. VPN uses 1723 tcp and
47 gre to do it's stuff. Since you have tested with a dial
up connection and you can vpn then I would suspect their
router. Another thing to test is disabling their firewall
client. I have seen some antivirus firewall clients that
prevent some networking. Make sure you re-enable after you
are done testing.
