Administrator Account

I have always been under the assumption that the administrator account that
is automatically setup when you install SBS 2000 is automatically a Domain
Admin. I found out this is not true. How do I make the administrator
account a domain admin. I have created an OU with our users listed. There
is no administrator account created in the OU. I would like to add the built
in admin account in the OU. If I can do this, how do I do this.
