After an restart of the services (www) or IISAdmin or an
normal restart the web sites are stopped.
it is not possible to restart with the local IP of the
server. I must take the IP of the ISDN cart en then
restart de default web site first, then start the other
sites with the local IP en then back to the default
website.
They say i must uninstal the TCP/IP of the SBS server but
when i do that i never get my exchange to work again. And
the problem is still their.

I am lost for ever in this problem and now i will
reinstall the server this weekend.
Can some one tell me what the problem is?

Hello Leon,

This issue does not appear to justify reinstalling the server. Basically
something has port 80 on the internal IP. We have to find out what it is.
The most common cause for this issue in an SBS environment is that "Auto
Discovery" is selected in ISA Server. If you are running ISA Server, open
ISA management, right click on the servername and click properties, then
click on the Auto Discovery tab at the top. Is Auto Discovery checked? If
so, uncheck it and see if the websites will start.

If that does not resolve the issue OR you are not running ISA. You can use
"NETSTAT -an" to help find if something has the port. You can also use a
3rd party utility called "fport" to find the actual executable that has the
port. Go to
http://www.foundstone.com/index.htm?subnav=resources/navigation.htm&subconte
nt=/resources/intrusion_detection.htm and download FPort v2.0.

Thanks for posting!!
