Is it normal not have the address book show up
automatically when creating a new message via OWA and
clicking on the To: button. It makes you search for the
user by typing a "K" than you have to hit the Find
button. Is this nornmal or how could I have the address
book come up automatically when someon creates an email
from OWA? Thanks.

Peter,
As far as I can tell, that's normal. At least I have never been able to get
it to browse the whole address book at once. Type in the first letter or a
few letters and it will find everything that begins with that. If anyone
else has found a way, I'd be interested in hearing about it, many of our
people are not happy with it either.
