Hi all,

could someone please tell me where I can find some information (valuable)
regarding the adding of a disclaimer to outgoing smtp requests. I have
searched the Microsoft site, applied the changes but no joy. I then
followed a document in the smallbizserver.net site, which looked OK, but it
didn't work either. All done with vbs scripts as per the docs, but noway.
If anyone has a workable solution, hey, it will be greatly appreciated, and
you will receive a noddy badge!!

Thanks in advance and regards

GB

Hi Merv,

Thanks for that, I have tried the steps in KB, will try the third option, I
know that you can do the same in outlook, but that is a bit of a pain, going
around the whole network inserting dicalimers individually..

Best regards

Or you could use the freeware version of MailEssentials from GFI, does the
job for me and a few extra bits.

Check out the following
article:http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;273233&Produ
ct=exch2k

Apparently MS Exchanges entire event sink interface just plain won't work
with outlook!
How stupid is that?!
