I currently have a windows 2000 server standard that is the pdc and is
running exchange server as well. I would like to know the best senario
of setting up a seconadary sever, so that if the primary goes down
users and the company can function.

Excuse me but new to this bit, are you saying you will have 2 identical =
servers on the LAN so if one falls over the other will take over and the =
users wouldn't know?
